In this guide we’ve outlined some common issues and queries related to Moz Academy course purchases.

Purchase Courses in Bulk
Moz Academy offers the ability to purchase coursework for multiple team members at once. To purchase courses in bulk, follow the below instructions.
From Moz Academy click on the course/series you would like to purchase
Click Purchase
Select the correct quantity
Enter payment information
You will be directed to the “Thank you!” screen, where you’ll receive a link
The purchaser (you) will need to copy this link, and send it to the intended recipients. Please note: recipients must have a Moz account (Subscription or free Community account) in order to register.
The recipients of the course will need to paste the exact link into their browser. They will then have the option to Register.
How Do I Request a Receipt?
If you are unable to locate your purchase confirmation in your email, we would be more than happy to send you a copy of your receipt. In order to do so, we will need an email sent to training@moz.proxybugs.com with the following information to ensure we locate the correct charge and associated receipt.
- The email address you used when signing up for the course
- The full name of the student
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used
- The full name on the credit card used
My Promo Code Isn’t Working
If you’ve been provided with a promo code to use for your Moz Academy course purchase and the code is returning an error message, please check the following.
- The promo code is entered exactly as shown. Please note: Promo codes are case sensitive.
- There are no spaces before or after the promo code. Please note: Promo codes must not have any spaces entered in them in order to be accepted by the system.
- Apply has been clicked after entering the promo code. In order for the promo code to be properly applied, Apply must be clicked prior to completing the purchase process.
If you’re still having trouble applying your promo code to your course purchase, please email training@moz.proxybugs.com with the following information.
- The email address you’re using to sign up for the course
- The promo code you are using
- The course you are attempting to purchase
- A screenshot of the error message you’re seeing
My Promo Code Wasn’t Applied
If you intended to use a promo code for your purchase of a Moz Academy course but it was not applied to your final purchase, please email training@moz.proxybugs.com with the following information so we are able to look into the issue.
- The email address you used to sign up for the course
- The promo code you are using
- The course you wanted to apply the promo code to
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used
- The full name on the credit card used
Accepted Methods of Payment
The following methods of payment are accepted for Moz Academy courses.
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit Card - If you receive an error message when signing up with a debit card you will need to reach out to your bank to check whether you can use your card to sign up for subscription services.
