Removing Subscription Add-Ons

This guide will outline how to remove or reduce add-ons you have purchased for Moz Pro.

If you have purchased add-ons for your subscription and no longer need them, you can remove or reduce them from your Subscriptions page.

To get started with removing or reducing add-ons you previously purchased:

1. Click on Account & Billing from the profile icon drop-down menu.
2. From the Subscriptions page scroll down Add-ons.
3. Click Edit beside the feature you want to remove or reduce.

After clicking Edit, use the slider to reduce the quantity of the selected add-on. You can click -less to further reduce the quantity.

When the slider is moved to reduce your add-ons, your new limit will be shown beside the selected feature with the reduced add-on noted in red. Current usage will also be noted by the bar below the name of the feature.

To fully remove an add-on, reduce the add-on quantity to 0 by moving the slider the full amount of your add-on count. For example, if you currently have an add-on of 150, you will need to move the slider to -150 to fully remove the add-on.

If you attempt to reduce your limit below the base plan limits, the tool will alert you with a message stating Must maintain base account limits. You will not be able to reduce your limits below what is included in your base plan. If you’d like to reduce your base plan limits, you can update your base plan level.

You will also not be able to reduce your limits below your current usage. If you are looking to reduce a limit and are seeing the messaging Account limits reached, you will need to reduce your usage for this add-on prior to reducing the limit in your subscription screen.

Once you have selected the add-ons you’d like to reduce or remove and are ready to move forward, click Remove limits. If you have multiple add-ons selected, you can click any of the available Remove limits buttons to proceed. You will not need to click each individually as your full add-on update will be processed at one time.

After clicking Remove limits you will be asked to confirm and complete your transaction. The popup will show you the add-ons you’ve selected to reduce, their cost per month, and your new limits along with the cost today and how much you will be charged per month thereafter. If everything looks correct, click Purchase.

If a credit is noted in the Complete your transaction pop-up, this credit will be added to your account and applied to your next invoice.
